AM26LV32E-EP: DS26LV32ATMX/NOPB vs AM26LV32EIDRG4

My customer has the following question: 

I am reviewing AM26LV32EMDREP and AM26LV32EIDRG4 as FFF (form, fit, function) replacements for obsolete DS26LV32ATMX/NOPB, and there are some parameters listed in the datasheets that are not defined for the opposite part. Are you able to provide the parameters below if available/applicable? I’m not sure if you’ll be able to provide anything for DS26LV32ATMX/NOPB since it is obsolete, but I wanted to ask and see.

 

DS26LV32ATMX/NOPB:

Junction to case thermal resistance

Operating virtual junction temperature

Differential input voltage

Common-mode input voltage

High-level output current

Low-level output current

Power dissipation capacitance

 

AM26LV32EMDREP / AM26LV32EIDRG4:

Junction to case thermal resistance

Output Short Circuit Current

Rise Time (20% to 80%)

Fall Time (80% to 20%)

    Here is what I managed to find:

    DS26LV32ATMX/NOPB:

    Junction to case thermal resistance: 37.1 C/W

    Operating virtual junction temperature: 150C

    Differential input voltage: +/-14V

    Common-mode input voltage: +/-7V

    High-level output current: unknown (abs max is +/-25mA)

    Low-level output current: unknown (abs max is +/-25mA)

    Power dissipation capacitance: unknown

     

    AM26LV32EMDREP / AM26LV32EIDRG4:

    Junction to case thermal resistance: 38.2 C/W

    Output Short Circuit Current: unknown

    Rise Time (20% to 80%): N/A - rise times now use 10 to 90%, which has a typical of 5ns. 

    Fall Time (80% to 20%): N/A - same as above - 5ns
