Our requirements are derived from EEE-INST-002 for grade 1 Microcircuits which requires DPA per MIL‑STD‑1580 Group A, on each lot used.
- Does TI perform DPA (MIL‑STD‑1580 Group A) on this device or provide a DPA report for the specific lot we are purchasing?
- If TI does not perform DPA, does TI authorize third‑party DPA, including delidding of the device?
