DS90UB928Q-Q1: Current leak from VDDIO to VDD33_A/B

Hello team,

During validation, my customer found current leak from VDDIO to VDD33_A/B, this is not problem for them but they want to check this is normal or abnormal operation. Here is detail situation description;

VDDIO: Active, supply 3.3V

VDD33_A/B: pattern cut, but found 2.2V potential
