Hi Team,

Posting on behalf of our customer.

I'll share this E2E post with our customer so they can reply when needed.

We are looking for 3V quad SPI MUX which will run at 133Mhz.

It looks TS3DV642-Q1 and TS3DDR3812 are capable to support 3V 133Mhz SPI based on spec. Are they acceptable to applicate 3V 133Mhz SPI? For TS3DV642-Q1, VCC max is 3.6V, Vi/o max is 5.5V. Does TS3DV642-Q1 allow high volatge I/O than Vcc without any degradation as a single ended?

Hi Danilo,

Yes, both the TS3DDR3812 and TS3DV642-Q1 are good choices that provide plenty of bandwidth headroom (more than the 133MHz requirement). The TS3DV642 does allow the I/O voltage of 0 to 5.5V which does not rely on VCC.

Thanks for your prompt reply. TS3DV642-Q1 has a couple of I/O category which are D0~D3, SCL, SDA, HPD,CEC. Can I expect SCL, SDA, HPD, CEC have identical electric characteristic compare to D0~D3?

Hi Danilo,

Yes since they are all I/O pins unless other wise noted. Some sections does specifically say only D0-D3 I/Os.
