Assuming you are using AM64x-evm (not sk), you can utilize USB DFU UNIFLASH for this: https://software-dl.ti.com/mcu-plus-sdk/esd/AM64X/11_02_00_24/exports/docs/api_guide_am64x/TOOLS_FLASH.html#TOOLS_FLASH_DFU_UNIFLASH
