DP83TG720R-Q1: DP83TG720R-Q1 / Current consumption in sleep mode

Part Number: DP83TG720R-Q1

Hi,

The datasheet of DP83TG720R-Q1 says, that the current consumption in sleep mode is:CURRENT CONSUMPTION, SLEEP MODE
ISLEEP Sleep Supply Current VSLEEP Typ. 485uA /  Max. 840 µA

(see datasheet page 11)

Are both values over the full temperature range -40...+125°C?
With which current cunsumption can I calculate at 85°C?

My application has a goal of max. 1mA of current consumtion for the whole ECU and with max. 840uA the DP83TG720R would consume most of my sleep current budget and nothing would be left for the other periphery.

Compared to a 100BASE-T1 phy, the sleep current is ~ 10 times higher...
