I want to use the RE* pin as a test point, so want to use a pull-down resistor to keep it enabled for normal operation, but then during debug want to be able to connect Vcc to the test point to drive it high. What range of pull-downs would be suitable (I do not know what the internal pull-up resistor is). I see in the spec pg 26, bullet point 6 says to use 1K to 10K for pull-ups and pull-downs to limit noise, but not sure this applies to my question. Thanks!
