TUSB9261: TUSB9261 USB-connection problem

Hi Andreas,

Have you tried with other type-C cables? What is the expected data rate, USB2 or USB3?

When the type-C port does work, what data rate is being used on the PC with the USB-C port?

Is there any schematic we can review for the USB connector and how it connects to the USB pins of the TUSB9261?

Hi Ryan,

No I haven't, though the same cable seems to work with other devices when connected to the same USB-C port that I try to use on my TUSB9261-board. The USB-C on the PC is USB 3.0 and 0.8A output current to supply my board.

Unfortunately not, but it is almost the same as your TUSB9261 but instead of USB-B I use USB-A connector.

Any clues or suggestions?

Could you send a snippet of the Type-A section of your schematic? I want to ensure the caps and TX/RX routing is correct.

How closely do you follow the DEMO board? Almost 1:1, or are there some other changes?
