Hi Team,

Posting on behalf of our customer.

I'll share this E2E post with our customer so he can reply when needed.

We have a question about package of DS90UB948-Q1 

The datasheet mentions NKD0064A and NKD0064B variants which have differently sized central pad. How do we know what pad we are getting when order this part?

 we are about to design a new product so I'm creating footprints and I'm stuck with this double variation. I mean, none of suppliers provide this information. What do we do?

    Hi Danilo,

    I believe I was the last person who worked on this datasheet. As far as I recall, NKD0064A is the correct part to use for this device.

    I was not involved with this new ePOD generation, and it appears that NKD0064B may have been mistakenly added to the DS90UB948 datasheet. I had understood that this issue was already addressed and the datasheet was republished. Apologies for any confusion this may have caused.

    Please continue to use NKD0064A for your design.
