The MAP tab can be found in the deserializer's ALP profile.

Is it not possible to perform margin testing on the 941? I noticed that the document you shared does not mention anything related to it. Are there any alternative methods to conduct margin testing? I am using a 941 EVM along with a self-developed 948 screen.

Hi Li,

MAP can only be measured from the downstream deserializer device. However, measuring margin from the deserializer will monitor link health across the FPD-Link (i.e. between SER and DES), so this should be sufficient for your needs.

What I meant is: Do you have a margin test script for the downstream device, such as the 948, as you mentioned? I have only found the one for the 948 EVM. Can this script be used for our purpose?
