PCA9543A: Is SCL bidirectional for PCA9543A?

My application is as follows:

I wanted to confirm that SCL propagates through the IC in both directions, i.e., can a master on SC0/SD0 communicate with a slave on SC1/SD1 and a slave on SDA/SCL?
