hello Team

  I found in the functional safety document of TCAN1043H-Q1 that there are several pin failure modes as shown in the following figure. How are they distributed? Such as:

Could you provide me with a more reasonable distribution?

    Please see table 3-1's distribution for 5% for short circuit between any two pins, thanks.

    Hi Michael

        The data you provided is about the Die failure distribution, but what I need is the failure distribution of "pin", such as open circuit, short circuit to ground, short circuit to power supply, short circuit to VCC, short circuit to VIO, and short circuit to the next pin.

         I hope you can provide me with these failure distribution data.

    Hi David,

    Unfortunately, table 4-2 and beyond is the only other format we provide for our devices and do not have data on percentage distributions for each individual pins, thanks.
