We are currently operating an ADS9219EVM+TSWDC155EVM system using your CGui_ADS92xx EVM_GUI.
We are working on a performance evaluation without having received the previously requested data.
I am writing to inquire because there is an error during operation that cannot be fixed.
The error is that in the TI-GUI, some of the data from CH_A is displayed in CH_B, but when only CH_B is entered, it is not displayed in the UI.
We conducted various experiments to resolve this issue, but ultimately concluded that the input from CH_B is not visible in the GUI.
The evaluation I conducted is as follows.
CASE1. CH_A Input = Sine pulse, CH_B Input = Floating
=> CH_A: Confirmed normal sine pulse
CH_B: Confirmed sine pulse with some data missing from the input with the same period
CASE2. CH_A Input = Floating, CH_B Input = Sine pulse
=> CH_A: Confirmed Floating output
CH_B: Confirmed Floating output similar to CH_A
CASE3. CH_A Input = Floating, CH_B Input = Floating
=> CH_A: Confirmed Floating output
CH_B: Confirmed Floating output similar to CH_A
Please provide the GUI settings to resolve this, or suggest an alternative method to fix it.
