TUSB212: Can pin1/2,7/8 support crossing connect with USB?

No, you cannot swap the lane polarity used with the TUSB212. DP must connect to D1/D2P, and vice-versa. This is due to how the redriver boosts the signal as it moves beneath the redriver.

The standard connect: 

D1P --- USB_DP, D1M --- USB_DM;

D2P --- USB_DP, D2M --- USB_DM.

Can device support swap together like below connect? 

D2P --- USB_DP, D2M --- USB_DM;

D1P --- USB_DP, D1M --- USB_DM?

The TUSB212 must be connected like below:

D1P must be shorted to D2P beneath the redriver, and D1M must be shorted to D2M beneath the redriver. The redriver works bidirectionally, so as long as DP/DM are shorted together it should be okay.
