SN65LVDT14: SN65LVDT14 unclear layout

I am trying to use the SN65LVDT14 for SPI over LVDS. The datasheet shows a layout of the chip in the attached image, but it does not specify the nets or values for the resistors. I want to know how to use these resistors in my design and what their values are.

  • Hi Mostafa,

    Those resistors are connected to the D and R pins of the device as pulldown/pullup resistors. These aren't required for this device to work properly since the device already has open circuit detection (see below). However, if you still want to use them, 10kOhms should do the trick, assuming the external device these pins are communicating with also uses high impedance inputs and push/pull outputs.
