Thank you for your response.

Could you also please help confirm whether the SN65LVELT23 can support a 50 MHz input? We noticed that the datasheet states it "supports clock frequencies to >180 MHz."

If it is not suitable, could you please recommend an alternative solution for converting 50 MHz LVPECL to LVCMOS?
