TPD6E001: Mismatch Between ECAD Models and Datasheet – TPD6E001RSFR

Dear Team,

Good morning.

I have downloaded the ECAD 2D and 3D models for the TPD6E001RSFR ESD diode from the Ultra Librarian website, which is referenced on the TI website. However, I observed that both the 2D footprint and 3D model do not match the datasheet specifications.      

Specifically, for pins 4, 5, 6 and 10, 11, 12, the pin pitch is shown as 0.5 mm in both the 2D and 3D models, whereas the datasheet specifies a pitch of 0.8 mm for all pins.

I have attached the 2D and 3D model images along with the relevant datasheet for your reference.

Could you please review this discrepancy and confirm the correct dimensions? Kindly advise whether we should proceed as per the datasheet or if an updated ECAD model is available.
