DS280DF810: 1000MBase-x is not working

Part Number: DS280DF810

We are using TI: DS280DF810ABVR & want to support 25G/10G/1G datarates.

25G, 10G are working and 1G is not working.

Will TI: DS280DF810ABVR part suport 1G (1000MBase-x ) ?

Please suggest if any configuration need to change for 1000MBase-x

Channels are like Marvell Switch <--> Retimer <--> zSFP+

Yes, the device can support 1G data rates in CDR bypass. Did you enable CDR bypass?

Hi,

Still the issues is not solved, So i want to confirm the below

CDR bypass means, The Reg 1E should be changed to 00 or E0

We have tried both and not helps. Looks we are making something not correct.

Please confirm the correct value and Reg number.

0x00 is the write value, and 0xE0 is the write mask. The write mask means that only 0x1E[7:5] should be overwritten.

With CDR bypass configured, does the retimer detect the 1000Base-X signal? See register 0x78. Also, have you tried measuring the retimer output on a scope?
