DP83848YB: Package and Pin Out

Part Number: DP83848YB

Dear TI Team,

I used one of your product TLK100PHP (PHY 1-CH 10Mbps/100Mbps 3.3V 48-Pin HTQFP EP), and it has been discontinued.  But, I found its alternate DP83848YB/NOPB (PHY 1-CH 10Mbps/100Mbps 3.3V 48-Pin LQFP EP).  I know that this part TLK100PHP with the ground pad exposed so it has a good thermal dissipation.  The other part DP83848YB/NOPB with small ground pad exposed, so my question are:

  1. If thermal is the significant issue when select DP83848YB/NOPB being the alternate of DP83848YB/NOPB?
  2. Can I select DP83848YB/NOPB as the drop-in replacement of TLK100PHP, regarding package and pin count?
  3. I tried to find the datasheet of TLK100PHP, but nowhere to be found.  Can you send me the datasheet of TLK100PHP?
