We have selected the reference TCAN3404DDFRQ for one of our projects, could you please confirm whether the process node for the reference TCAN3404DDFRQ is below 90 nm?

    Hi Amine,

    No, this should not be the case and you may request the PPAP showing 150 nm gate length technology.

    This should be typical for CAN transceivers as the larger geometry node should provide robustness for high-voltage operation, ESD performance, etc, thanks.
