We have used the DS26LV32ATMX/NOPB part in one of our projects. Could you please suggest an alternative drop-in replacement for this component? Also, kindly confirm whether the DS34LV86TMX/NOPB can be used as an exact drop-in replacement in this case.

The DS34LV86T has a different enable logic on pins 4 and 12.

Use the AM26LV32(E). The AM26LV32E has stronger ESD protection.

This design cannot be changed as it is already in the production stage. Can I use the AM26LV32IDR part here as a replacement?

I would recommend the AM26LV32E. It is more similar to the DS26LV32AT due to the failsafe configuration. Just note that these are pin to pin, but the VIT (differential input thresholds) will be slightly different. You can sample both AM26LV32E and the AM26LV32I to test the differences in your system.

We are currently using the DS34LV86TMX/NOPB part in our project, where the enable logic is controlled through pins 4 and 12 with configurable pull-up and pull-down options. With this configuration, can DS34LV86TMX/NOPB be used as a replacement for the DS26LV32ATMX/NOPB part?

please confirm this design the project on production stage

This is possible. You have to pull EN1 high to enable the first two receivers, and disabling the two unused receivers by pulling EN2 low saves power.

I echo Clemens comment. Those transceivers are not pin2pin, but are close enough that they could work.
