Common Mode AC Voltage Specification in TUSB1310A

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TUSB1310A

Hi,

TUSB1310A Data Manual Electrical specifications says that,

VCM_AC_LFPS = 100mV

VCM_LFPS_ACTIVE = 10mV

Please tell me the difference between the two of them and also tell me at which points they are defined, I mean near end or far end.

Regards,

Ashish

  • Hello Ashish,

    VCM_AC_LFPS = VTX_CM_AC_PP-ACTIVE = maximum mismatch of  [(max(Txp + Txn)/2) - (min(Txp + Txn))]; in this equation Txp and Txn are the signals when transmitting USB data.

    VCM_LFPS_ACTIVE would be the same above equation but being Txp and Txn the LFPS signal.

    Regards.
