Hello TI Team,

We are currently using the TLIN2029-Q1 device as part of our project and design.

Could you please let us know if the FMEDA report or any safety-related documentation for this device is available? If so, we would appreciate it if you could share the document or guide us on how to obtain access.

If an Excel-based FMEDA document is available, it would be of great help for our analysis.

I would refer you to the TLIN2029A-Q1 Functional Safety, FIT Rate, Failure Mode Distribution and Pin FMA as the applicable / available data you may use for your design reference, thanks.

Thanks for the reply . I was looking for the detailed excel report instead . Incase available please let us know, Also is it ASIL rated , if so what is the rating .
