SN74LV8T244-EP: VOL of SN74LV8T244-EP

Hello,

I have a question about the VOL (Low-level Output Voltege) of SN74LV8T244-EP.

In the datasheet, I could found the VOL (@Vcc=5V, IOL=8mA) is 0.3V in the table of section 5.5 (Electrical Characteristic), but it seems that the VOL is about 0.14V (@IOL = 8mA) on VOL vs IOL curves in LOW state; 5V supply(Fig. 5-4).

Which value is correct?

Or, is there a mistake in my understanding of the datasheet?

Hello Takuya-san,

I would follow the parameter value found in Section 5.5. There seems to be an error with our typical VOL vs IOL graph. Apologies for the confusion.

Thanks for the answer. I understand that the VOL vs IOL graph (Fig.5-4) may be wrong.

Could you show the correct curve?

If possible, I would like to see VOL values at other IOLs when Vcc=5V.
