TCA9509: TCA9509 Simulation model request

I'd like to simulate the I2C waveform of TCA9509 for selecting appropreate pull-up resister.

I already installed PSpice for TI and serached TCA9509 model, but I couldn't find it.

Could you please provide the model or suggest an alternative simulation method?

There is not TCA9509 PSPICE or TI model for simulation purposes.

There is an IBIS model for TCA9509,

Hi Tyler,

I could simulate I2C waveform from IBIS model on PSpice for TI.

And I used these models for 1.8V > 3.3V level shiifter waveform.
