Hi TI team,

It's William from best Epitaxy Manufacturing Company in Taiwan.

We'd like to adopt your TIA solution into our CPO platform design.

At this moment, we believe ONET8551T might be the option, but it'd be better we can discuss it further.

    Hello William,

      Thank you for reaching out. The ONET8551T supports up to 11.3 Gbps with a 9-GHz bandwidth which can work depending on the CPO platform design. If your platform aims for higher performance, we also offer the ONET2804T which is a 4-channel multi-rate operation up to 28 Gbps per channel with a 21-GHz bandwidth. However for APD applications in a TO can, I would recommend the ONET8521T or ONET8551T only. And, if APD is greater than 1pF of capacitance, I would recommend using the OPA855 or LMH32401, LMH32404 instead.
