Do we have a spice model for this device? 

our goal is to mod switch with some leakage current since we’re dealing with very low voltages that affects our measurements

    Hello Cameron,

    We don't have a simulation model for this part. 
    Your best option is to make one using passive components by following this FAQ.

    At lower voltages leakage performance should be better, especially if they supply voltage is lower.
