I would like to have a USB C power advertising device with the following attributes:
1) Advertises to load (battery charger) a 1p5A current cabability
2) No USB data transfer needed (or wanted)
3) no digital programming (SPI,I2C ect). Resistor pull up or pull down desired
4) surface mount only
5) 5VDC power supply
"TUSB319-Q1 USB Type-C DFP Port Controller" might be the solution, but I observe no connections to DATA(+) or DATA(-).
Please advise
