Dear

In the datasheet for model "A", I see a different value listed compared to that for model without "A". 

Transient voltage per ISO 7637-3 - DCC slow transient pulse.

TCAN1044A-Q1 (SLLSFJ3D – AUGUST 2023 – REVISED OCTOBER 2024) : ±30 V

TCAN1044-Q1 (SLLSF17D – AUGUST 2019 – REVISED MARCH 2025): ±85 V

Are these actually two different values, depending on the model, or is one of the two datasheets out of date?

    Hi Roberto,

    Yes, these are two different devices with two different data sheets as specified.

    Note that most applications do not require as high as 85 V and would strongly recommend the newer device with a more robust HBM spec instead, if feasible, thanks.
