TUSB926x FlashBurner Utility is hanging on .Net install.

I can download, install, and run without issue on my laptop.

Can you confirm that your install required downloading and installing dotnet 3.5 on Win11? I tried the install on my Win11 desktop and it proceeded without problem and rather quickly, 30 seconds or less. On the Win11 laptop the installer downloaded a dotnet 3.5 install file and just seems to hang. I tried to enable dotnet 3.5 from the Windows features and it is taking way too long.
This does look to be a Microsoft issue, so go ahead and close the case. I don't expect TI will be able to fix this issue.
