Hi Team,

Could you please help to answer the issue that customer have?

We are currently using I2C dump to read the registers of the TS3USBCA410, but the device is returning 0xFF to the SoC for all data reads.
Could you please advise what might be causing this issue?"

Can the customer send me a picture of the schematic, and can they probe VCC, OEn, and I2C_EN?

I'll need some more information to see what is going on here.
