Hi,

I was unable to locate the SPICE model for the ONET8511TY on the TI official website. Therefore, I am writing to kindly request if you could provide the SPICE model (or macro model) for this specific chip.

In addition, I would like to know if there is a SPICE model for ONET8511T. I could not find this chip on the website.

    Hello Ayanami,

      We do not have a standard spice models of our ONET products. Some of these devices will have a different type of sim model, which are s-parameter based. It will have a file extension of .s4p which we commonly see imported into Keysight's ADS sim software. The model is similar to a look-up table of measured or simulated matrix data (magnitude and phase) across the device's frequency range. This will show mainly frequency-domain analysis (gain and phase vs. frequency).

      Here are some of our ONET devices that include this model: ONET8521T and ONET8541T.
