When  DS32EL0124 was inputted SD signal,it can not lock the signal,however HD,3G signals inputted, it can lock the signals.

I don't know why appear this phenomena,please help me !

    Greetings -

    Please review the DS32EL0124 datasheet.  The deviced to specified for CLOCK rates in the 125MHz to 312.5MHz range. 

    SD video will be 27MHz clock which is far below the operating range of this version of the part.

    Please also review related part LMH0341 datasheet, this version of the DES is for SDI data rates of SD, HD and 3G video rates and will support the 27MHz as it has a different CDR block.

    SER and DES devices with PLL / CDR need to be used only in their specified operating ranges.
