Hello,

 

My customer has some questions for VOD tuning of DP83825I.

1)
When fine tuning is not required, can they leave the 0x30E register unconfigured?
For example, if they want to adjust VoD to 50%, 0x30B=0x00E0 and 0x30C=0x008 are only required operation?

 

2)
When should they set 0x30B and 0x30C registers? After 0x1F=0x4000?

    Hi Oba,

    1. Yes, if fine tuning is not being done, register 0x30E can be left as the default value. This will result in the VOD only being configured according to registers 0x30B and 0x30C.
    2. Yes, this can be done after a reset.
