We've always used the 1149.1 JTAG port on the SCAN15MB200 to port SI+/- and SO+/- DIFF pairs for 1149.6
boundary scan testing, and this has worked fine.

Now, we requires that SI+/- and SO+/- DIFF pair 1 also be ported to 1149.1.can do it?

I checked the BSDL for Scan15MB200, and it appears feasible. However,
in actual testing, we encountered some issues; the SI+/- and SO+/- DIFF pairs are not working correctly in version 1149.1.
This requires TI's assistance for confirmation. Therefore, we are currently unable to test the following issues:
