DP83869HM: DP83869HMRGZ  fail in power cycle test

Hi,

we make power cycle test on board which include the DP83869HMRGZ.

each power cycle is 5 Sec.

After ~8000 cycles, in one of the cards the CPU (DRA821 from TI) couldn't connect the PHY (DP83869HMRGZ from TI).

The card power up from flash, so CPU is function.

Are the DP83869HMRGZ have limitation of power cycle number?
