  • Hello,

Can you help to provide the customers schematic for the TUSB320? What is their intended application, DFP or UFP?

Can the customer capture any waveforms for CC1 and CC2 before after and a connection is made?

Can the customer try different USB-C cables and see if the issue is still there?

If they have any components on the CC lines, I.E ESD or resistors, I would recommend removing these.

    Thanks,

    Ryan
