LMH0341: Pull up resister of RSVD_H 5pin

On the datasheet has specified pull up resister value of RSVD_H 5pin is 5Kohm.

Can we change it to E24 series value like 4.7Kohm?

What is the target and tolerance of RSVD_H 5pin voltage potential?

Please follow the datasheet and use 5k pullup resistor on RSVD_H as we have not characterized the LMH0341 with any other pullup resistor value. The 5k pullup resistor will have 1% tolerance.
