TDES960: DS90UB960 & DS90UB953: Request for Configuration Tools

Hi TI team,

We are currently working with the DS90UB960 and DS90UB953 SerDes pair. We would like to know if there is a configuration or register-setting generation tool available (similar to the scripts/wizards used in GMSL ecosystems) to help streamline our initial device configuration.

Could you please provide the link or access to the recommended configuration wizard or ALP profile generation tools for this SerDes combination?

    Hi Kanna, 

    Our FPD-Link III devices have a GUI for configuration titled Analog LaunchPAD. The GUI can be downloaded here: https://www.ti.com/tool/ALP

    Beyond the configuration tabs we also have reference scripts available for select configurations. The reference scripts are available in the files of the ALP download. An example file path is below: C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\Analog LaunchPAD v1.57.0010\PreDefScripts\DS90UB954

    Software is identical across the TDES960, DS90UB960, and DS90UB954 devices. The primary difference between the 954 and the 960 will be the addition of two RX ports and a second CSI-2 port.
