THVD4411: QFN thermal pad

Hello, I haven't been able to find this in the datasheet so I'll ask here - Can/should I connect this thermal pad to my ground plane? Or something else?

Yep, the thermal pad should be connected to the ground plane.

All right, thank you.

I've worked with parts where the thermal pad is tied to the negative-most voltage in the part, which in this case would be the charge pump negative output... Not a great idea to tie that to ground. Cheers.
