Hello TI Support Team,

We have designed our board using the LSF0108RKSR for 1.8V ↔ 3.3V logic level translation. The board is currently in the testing stage, and we are facing issues with this part. As an alternative, we are considering the SN74GTL2003RKSR.

Could you please confirm if SN74GTL2003RKSR can be used as a true drop-in replacement for LSF0108RKSR without requiring design changes? If not, we would appreciate your guidance in suggesting a suitable drop-in replacement part number that can be used in place of LSF0108RKSR.

Hi Jack,

We are facing the logic levels are not switching from 1.8V VREF_A to 3.3V VREF_B side switching, and we need the solution without external pull up resistors.

Please suggest with us the replacement device part.

The SN74GTL2003 is a drop-in replacement for the LSF0108, i.e., it also requires pull-up resistors.

There is no P2P device. You have to redesign the board to add pull-up resistors or to use buffered translators like the TXU0104/TXU0204/TXU0304.
