I am planning to use DS110DF410SQ IC in my board. And, please confirm Can I use this retimer IC to run at different speeds. and, is there any configuration required for running at different speeds.

Hi Vaishnavi,

Each Channel Independently Locks to Data Rates from 8.5 to 11.3Gbps and sub-rates (divide by 2/4/8). Please follow the programming guide for channel rate configuration:

For Channel rate configuration, can we do using i2C or hardware strap settings are there. Could you please explain.

Hi Vaishnavi,

Channel rate configuration can only be done over i2C. There are no hardware strap options for rate configuration.
