I have two requests:
1) Website Issue
When I create an order and select that the item is intended for a military entity (“Yes”), all tax information disappears. In addition, I can no longer choose any option for shipment.
It is essential for us that the taxes are included in the invoice, as we pay in ILS.
Please investigate this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
2) Pricing Request – Item LMH0397RTVR
We are interested in purchasing 7,600 units of item LMH0397RTVR for IMM. However, we are not willing to pay $12 per unit.
We kindly request a discount for this item, preferably as a general discount applied to our account.
