Hi,
Greetings for the day!!

I am Material Engineer from Keysight Technologies, responsible for setting up the manufacturer's part information for use in Keysight worldwide.

We are right now in process to set the MPN: PTCA9846PWR, MFR: TEXAS INSTRUMENTS in our database.

Please assist us by fully answering the questions below to enable us to proceed further for setup of above mentioned MPN: PTCA9846PWR

(a) What is the Classification Temperature Tc, or Peak Process Body Temperature in °C?
(b) What is the time (tp) within 5°C of specified Classification Temperature (Tc) or maximum time at peak temperature in seconds?
(c) What is the number of cycles that the part is qualified for?

Also provide RoHS directive 2015 for the same.
I would appreciate if you could respond to us as early as possible.

    Hi Abishek,

    Since this device is preproduction material, not all info is currently available in the datasheet.

    We have not completed our internal evaluation/qualification of the device. I can answer your questions assuming a device rated to MSL 1.

    (a) What is the Classification Temperature Tc, or Peak Process Body Temperature in °C?

    • Peak reflow temp is 260°C.

    (b) What is the time (tp) within 5°C of specified Classification Temperature (Tc) or maximum time at peak temperature in seconds?

    • Time at peak reflow is 30 seconds.

    (c) What is the number of cycles that the part is qualified for?

    • 3 reflow cycles.

    RoHS will be provided when device is released.
