Good morning,

I would like to use the AM26C31 component, P/N 5962-9163901MFA, for a microsatellite project, and I am currently finalizing the Radiation Hardness Assurance report.

To complete the assessment, I would kindly ask if SEE radiation reports are available for this component.

    Hi Corrado,

    This device was not developed as an 'SEP' grade device but rather a military grade (denoted by the 'M' suffix). As far as I know military grade devices aren't required to go through SEE radiation testing. So we don't have radiation reports for this particular device.
