TL16C554A: the Tw4 specification of the TL16C554AIPN

Hi team,

We understand that the tw4 specification of the TL16C554AIPN requires a minimum of 75 ns when operating outside the temperature range of 0°C to 70°C.
However, we would like to ask for your opinion on whether a value of approximately 60 ns would still be acceptable if the temperature range is limited to 0°C to 70°C.

As the customer has informed us that they are under time constraints due to their implementation change schedule, we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide your response by May 29.

    I've sent a reply to your internal email but will reply here as well:

    Sorry for my late reply Yabana I’ve been out of the office for 3 weeks.

     

    This device is over 20 years old. I do not have the characterization data for it since the record keeping system in 2000 is not known.

    Since the device itself is spec’d at a minimum of 75 ns for the IOR pulse which is an important spec since this is used for all read operations we cannot guarantee the device will work when the pulse is below that value even if we restrict the temperature range, I cannot ‘ok’ a lower minimum value.
