Hi Dan,

Our product team does not have CTE data for DP83867E. They suggested reaching out to the supplier of the molding compound used for this device to see if they have this spec for the material.

The molding compound is: SUMITOMO EME-G770HCD I looked online briefly and found this document with a few thermal numbers. Is this sufficient for the customer?
