My customer got one eUSB high speed repeater sighal quality test fail, could you help to check why?

EOP width test failed for Port 2 (Type-C) and Port 4 (Type-A) during USB 2.0 testing.(FR:3/3u,1/1cycles)

Hi,

This is expected behavior with an eUSB2 repeater and is not a compliance failure.

During the translation, high-speed start-of-packet (SOP) synchronization truncation and end-of-packet (EOP) dribble can occur. The USB-IF specification permits this behavior in eUSB2 repeaters by making an adjustment to the tier budget treating a single eUSB2 repeater as equivalent to one high-speed hub tier, or two full-speed hub tiers., allowing for safe interoperability within standard USB 2.0 ecosystems.
