LP5815: LP5815: Unable to Read Back Expected Values from Some Registers

Part Number: LP5815

Hello everyone,

I am using the LP5815 3-Channel I²C Interface RGB LED Driver with Instant Blinking and Auto Animation Control.

I am performing register read and write operations through the I²C interface. Some registers can be written and read back correctly, while for some registers the read-back value does not match the value written.

I have verified the I²C communication and added appropriate delays between write and read operations. However, I am still observing inconsistent behavior with certain registers.

Could someone clarify whether there are any special requirements for writing to specific registers, such as initialization sequences, operating modes, register access restrictions, or timing considerations?

Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
