Hello, we have design a custom hardwared based on the SK-AM62 and we used the same DDR4 chip 'MT40A1G16KD-062E IT:E' but this is now obsolete.  

 

Have you found a working alternative that we can use? we are okay to respin the board if the BGA package is different.

    Alternative vendors include Nanya, ISSI, Winbond, Samsung, Hynix, Kingston, Alliance, among others.  Since most DDR4 are JEDEC compatible, BGA footprint should be compatible.
